About good- The design is clear enough to be identified.

Good- The outline of Liberty's bust is clear. There are few details but the date is legible. The lettering on the reverse side of the coin is worn and incomplete.

Fine- Liberty's shoulder drapery and her hair over her brow are worn smooth.

Extremely fine- There is light wear on the highest parts of Liberty's head and the wreath.

About uncirculated- There is only slight wear on Liberty's hair above her forehead.
